From the moment we walked in the door to the final check OCT was fun and professional to work with for our master bath remodel. Christine and Aida were enthusiastic and knowledgeable when sorting through all the tile options and combinations to finally arrive at what we wanted. Never felt pressured in any way. Bob is super as the project manager and goes over and above to meet the customer demands and always with a smile. We are VERY and happy with the end result.
